About Me
My path into healing work began with my own search for safety, freedom, and self-acceptance. For years, I struggled with anxiety, control, and the pressure to be perfect. Breathwork became my gateway back to the body, a way to soften, release, and reconnect with who I truly am.
Today, I hold space for others to do the same. My sessions weave together holosomatic breathwork, energy healing, and intuitive guidance to support deep emotional release, nervous system regulation, and spiritual reconnection.
This is a space to come home to yourself, gently, honestly, and with breath.
